Finally had a chance to PP a little to show how dramatic it was in this neck of the woods.4 people confirmed dead and scores injured from yesterday's tornadoes. They haven't come out with a "F" number yet but I would bet that it's around an F3.--charliezap

Never a good statistic to hear about.
Thanks for sharing this wild scene with us, but you take care mate.
Don't want you becoming a casualty on account of storm chasing, Charlie!

Wow, those clouds looks insane.
Tornadoes always sound scary to me, nasty things to experience.

Ominous, for sure, Capn. I always hate to see a sky like this, especially when I'm out on the Bay. Sounds like MA has some unusually rough weather.

Thanks to all for the comments. They are still assessing the damage and how powerful the rating was on the tornadoes. They say that 3 touched down.--charliezap

The action was 90 miles from me and we still had vivid thunder and lightning.Just imagine what those people went through at" ground zero"A mother lost her life by covering over her 15 yr old daughter when the tornado hit.The daughter survived.---charliezap

Thanks Kevin. The thinking right now on the 3 confirmed tornadoes is that they were F3 and possibly F4 in spots.--charliezap
