Portrait - Eva
Lens: Pentax SMC-A 85mm f/1.4 Camera: Pentax MX Photo Location: Prague, Czech Republic ISO: 100

This photograph was take during my first outing with new lens - the SMC-A 85/1.4. Kodak Ektar film.

Great portrait! It gives me impressions of her beyond simple appearance.

She's a great model if she can do that pose at will.

That is a wonderful portrait, I have the feeling that it was not posed as such but is a moment well captured.

Yes, the capture was rather spontaneous as my girlfriend Eva does not like to pose. Especially not when we are in public places like this cafe.

I am adding another image, this one was taken with Auto-Takumar 85/1.8 (on Canon EOS 5D II body for convenience sake and converted to B/W with Silver Efex plugin).

For a person who does not like to pose she sure is good at it! Is she an actress?

She conveys a lot of feeling with a glance. And if you are directing her poses you are doing superb direction - good examples of portrait photography as art.
