I finally got out and shot some photos just for the sake of it on Saturday morning. The only other shots I've taken lately have just been travel shots of places we have been. It was a great feeling! It was all overcast and cloudy, and I made it home just before the heavens opened for a rainstorm for about 3 hrs. I had planned on a fairly early weekend morning in downtown while it was quiet, and these are the 3 best shots from the hour or so I spent wandering down University Av for 2 blocks. Looking forward to exploring more of downtown over time.

All You Can Eat, again a brenizer (mostly because there was stuff in the way)

All brilliant images, but particularly #1 and #3.
That thin DoF effect in #1 is perefctly executed.
