"Alice"- She liked the Norman Rockwell look

[IMG][/IMG]I went to a 90th birthday party for "Alice" and took several shots of her.She liked the "illustrated k20d mode" the best because it gave her that "Rockwell" look that she remembers very well and also "It hides my wrinkles".----charliezap

Charlie, this is a very nice in-camera option that can turn an ordinary photo into something special. What a wonderful response from her "It hides my wrinkles". I am starting to use more of the filters and modes, more of an experiment, but it is interesting to see the results, thanks Bob

creative portraiture charlie... it would've been nice 'as is', but this filter adds oomph ...without, imo, being overdone... dave m

Thanks Em and Dave. Todays a drismal day in these parts and I think I'll go out and play with the 100mm wr lens.I'm still testing it out and I like what I see so far.--charliezap
