My first attempt at capturing a splash. I saw the technique in Digital Photo magazine this month, and figured I'd give it a try!

Taken at 1/160 at f/8 with an off camera flash, and because I'm using a normal flat sheet as the background, the lower part of the image had to be desaturated so the wood wasn't showing through.

I like it Mark.Simple but effectively very nicely done.It looks like it could be in an ad for some type of beverage-preferably made with "Sailor Jerry" spiced rum

Thanks. Haha yeah, I just need to improve the background though, to get that real advert feel though!
