Freezing my... at the Arboretum
Posted By: codiac2600, 11-15-2007, 04:49 PM

Ugh, it was cold, don't enjoy the cold, but I enjoy photography so I battled it out.

The Rockford Arboretum has the cities oldest trees and here they are in their massive glory.

These pictures make me realize that I've missed going over to the Finch Arboretum in Spokane:-(. I might have to go this weekend.
Anywho, great pictures:-). I love tree pictures. But the last one may be my favorite. Did you know her? Did you get to know her?:-)

You should know me better than that, of course I got to know her. LOL, I have to stop being such an easy talker. Oh well, she was really cool and we had a great time walking, talking and of course taking pictures.

Beautiful like always Chris.

I think that she'd make a good studio model for you

I suppose that you wouldn't want to take a quick trip to Waterton Park, Alberta in January when I'm up there if I could get you a break on a room
I could pick you up at the Calgary Airport.

You'd fall in love with the stationary scenery, but hate the temperature.

However you'd feel warm when you return home

OK first things first - the body language. Never mind, I won't go into details.

I like your attempt of the tree silhouette but there are too many trees which in my opinion takes away from the image.

Stu, is that offer only good for the winter?

I reckon the situation with the trees would be a perfect setting for a few moderate HDR shots!

What trees. I only saw pants.

PLEASE shoot more of the shooter. Great theme for her new modeling portfolio?
