Sometimes you just get lucky, woke up this morning to this. I see there's a bunch of sunsets today...figured I'd mix it up.

I picked up the 50-200mm DA lens last night. No processing just cropped.

Facing East...the jet was an added bonus @200mm f5.6 1/250

Facing West...@50mm f5.6 1/45

I still can't believe the difference in colors I got just by turning around. Denver was having a "red" air quality day, meaning a lot of particulates etc...might be bad for breathing, but great for sunrises and sunsets!

Red Sky at night , sailors delight ....nice capture. Love the plane in the first one.
