Hi Ice,beautiful shots,did a great job.Wish bird would of showed just a bit more
tail for ID,but what it gave you,did fantastic with.Looks like an accipiter
or woodlands hawk,very robust bones,crash thru tree tops and stuff,
red-tails need wide open areas,somewhat darker.With yellowish eyes
and probiscus and short neck,inclined to say Imm. sharp-shinned.Still kind of
a guess without tail-tip.Also believe it to be female.

Try coopers hawk also if things dont look right.
