Cedar Breaks - Pt 2
Lens: Various Camera: K-5 Photo Location: Cedar Breaks UT ISO: 100

More sights at Cedar Breaks.

Point Supreme is at 10,350 feet.

Chessmen Ridge is at 10,450 feet.

The trail sign to Alpine Pond pointed toward this cliff...

I followed (and fell/slid along) a set of tracks down the hill to this pond, which looks better in the travel brochures...

Rather than try to make my way back through the forest or up the cliff, I opted to take another circuitous path back to the road. This big rock was next to it.

Sunset view.

You covered a lot more of the park than we ever did, these are all great photos, looks like I will have to put it on my re-visit list. I bet you were exhausted at the end of the day. Bob

I seem to do a lot of hiking but that is how you get down the trails :-)
