Silver City Masonic Lodge

Went to the Masonic Lodge in Silver City on Saturday. I have a few more, but I really like this one. But, then again, I like pork rinds while everyone else I know shun them.



1/2 sec, f/4, ISO 100
Pentax K10D
smc Pentax 18-55mm Kit Lens @ 32.5mm

PP in Lightroom to convert to B&W and bump contrast and play with White Balance.

That's an interesting shot and room, but I think it could use a little rotation counterclockwise.

Nice shot, what year was this built, looks like 1880's or so to me. I would like to take a look next time we are in Idaho, with a bag of pork rinds of course. Bob

What can I say? Its a 150 year old building and I think I was standing in a dip...

Actually, I believe you are correct. I look at the others in the series and I think I over corrected my tripod.

It was built in 1864 and was a saw mill originally. It spans a creek that powered the mill. The masons bought it and started using it in 1881.
