Forget the modern skyscrapers of Pudong, the back streets and alleys is where it's at. I never get bored taking pictures there, there is always something going on.
Just a small sampling here.

Nice picture of the guy serving food while smoking. In my experience, that kind of vendors always offer the best food.

WOW, what photos. Looks like you can get a little of everything in a small amount of space. Interesting to see how the electric primary and secondary wires just run anywhere they are needed with no thought of safety. I am afraid the back streets would be a bit scary at night, thanks for the interesting view. Bob
