Blue and Green
Lens: DA 12-24 / DA* 16-50 Camera: K20D Photo Location: Elk Island

This summer we have had our fair share of rain and storms and all that brings. Floodings , sewer issues, general cabin fever and of course world record mosquito counts.

The up side is the lushness of all the Parks and gerneal vegetation. Here are few recent examples.

You guys have had some series rain Dave. A lot of the rest of NA would love some by now. Relaly like the last one. Cheers bud. JIM

Dave, other than the flooding, sewer issue, storms, rain and mosquitoes, I would love to visit your beautiful Elk Island that you captured so well in the photos. Bob

Thanks Jim indeed I checked and June had 8 rain free days and July is not a whol e lot better (although in July some of those rain days happen overight which is fine) - you would think this is Vancouver !

Thanks Bob l'm lucky to be so close to a national park - there are lots of areas there I have yet to explore.

Thanks Jer apppreciate the comments. Sure wish I could buddy - we have had enough rain for all of Texas and Alberta.
