Very scenic - the tree line really adds to the picture. Nice morning sunrise colors as well. Not a bad way to start your day at all.

This is a terrific way to greet the day! I got to greet today by driving 40 miles to work in the dark.

Just curious, but is this pic in HDR? I've never done one this way, but I love the sharpness and color of your pic.

I hope you didn't take my comment as a criticism. It is a great picture. I prefer the HDR type as it makes everything "pop". I know some people don't care for them, and that is fine. I am trying to learn to take good photos, some I am asking questions about some of them I see.

Wonderful shot, just great!

I was thinking about giving HDR a try myself, and I was wondering if you could post the original individual photos for comparison. I think your final photo was really nice and I am curious how you got there..

Thanks,
-John

I hope that that is some help. I put the pictures through Photomatix, a good program to invest in

Great shot (shots?) Tom and great PP, the HDR works really well here.

NaCl(HDR and Pano are the two techniques next on my list...unfortunately it's a long list)H2O

Really like that golden glow. Don't know what HDR is, however. I see that you cropped tight around the orangy grass. I would have liked a little more space in front of that area and litttle less in the sky. But I think it is matter of preference and I really do like your image!
