i went for a walk up to the beach after dinner, and i came across these cute little ducks.. i also saw a seal swimming along side me whilst i was walking along the river to the beach, but he was too quick for me to get, and it was too dark. i tryed a few long exposures, and manually focusing in on water, but no luck
anyway, let me know what you think of these pics...

Hi Kev. I think 1 is an interesting shot, its quite graphical if that makes sense No3 is just too dark. The B&W shots are fine, I like the 4th but for me it seems ashame to not include more of the background. Just my thoughts

Nice silhouettes - I think #1 could use some cropping to remove the top part I think it distracts from the image. I agree with Tom the BW work well.

hey tom thanks for the reply..i know what you mean by 'graphical'.. its one of the feelings i picked up on also
yer, u are correct, 3 is too dark.. i might have a play around with the colour levels, see if i can improve it slightly.. as far as the 4th shot is concerned.. hmm, the reason i cut off so much at the top is because of the long exposure.. all the backlighting/street lights etc, was very intense and sort of distracted my eye away from the boat. i will post up the original and see what you think?

daacon..- thanks mate i agree with the cropping of #1 so i have edited it to see if this improves it... what do you think?
