Кош Агач, Россия. Россия большая и разная. Меня удивила архитектура этого степного посёлка, там нет крыш! Изыски архитектуры объясняются просто- там нет дождей, хотя весь посёлок обеспечен чистейшей водой тающих ледников.

That is a plane looking could be anywhere shot for sure - I like the BW conversion well done.
