The arrival of these little guys parallels the arrival of robins in Southern Canada, a harbinger of spring and a sign that the snow will go. A course this was taken in the first week of May so some of you may have been snapping wildflowers and waterfalls at the time. Improbably, they do tend to roll back and forth sometimes when it's cold trying to not to lose too much heat. Then again, so do I but that's mostly arthritis.
