Walk About
Lens: DA* 50-135 Camera: K5 Photo Location: Sherwood Park
Posted By: daacon, 08-01-2011, 06:44 PM

Went for another stroll tonight. Having played with the K5 for just a few days now I have to say I am impressed. The higher ISO capabilites as well as the metering - it is becoming so much eaiser to get it right in the camera which is a great thing.

No real PP other than import into LightRoom III and some croping - convert to jpg.

A few from this evening ...

Ladies night out

Stranded Pelicans - not sure why they were huddling on the little land mass , looked funny though.

Red Winged Black Bird

I do like the color of green, since everything is brown here. The b/w conversion is great, especially the walkway. Bob

That's an interesting contrast of urban and natural landscape.. it looks like you could invite a pelican over for dinner.
