Cat on the prowl! Nice expression.

I would crop it square since the space to the right is unnecessary. In future I would try to get more space above the cat's head, since it's nice to see context in an environmental portrait.

Conclusion: less crop or more crop.

Beautiful! The B/W conversion is well done, very subtle, just the right dose of contrast.
And the little tiger is gorgeous, looking at it I am immediately playing the Pink Panther theme music in my head

PS - I find the composition just fine. The space on left plays nice with the kitty s head and look direction. This capture is all about the kitty s expression including its "unsure" posture. No cropping please, it is perfect

Yes I can, but I don't know for the moment if it's a male or female

Love that shot!...although I am not really a cat person, they are so fun to watch at that age. That is a lens I want....I think I will get it over the Sigma, the reports seem to say it is a little better, and your shot here is certainly plenty fine.

Otis sends his regards and wants to help you out a little if he can.....

If it has these,it is a female.....

If it has these, it is a male.....

He says there are exceptions...but he doesn't want to discuss them here.....

Best Regards & have fun with that great lens!

Rupert, nice pictures but what gives with Otis, is he bragging or complaining?

Take care,
