No Meteor Showers, just the Moon
Camera: K-5 Photo Location: Nevada
Posted By: Bob Harris, 08-15-2011, 07:57 PM

I stayed up late Friday into Saturday am to see the Perseid meteor showers, but didn't see a thing. So I took a moon photo and added my own lighting.

Cool Bob,like that shot & what you did with it.We were cloudy here.

Now that's a cool shot, my friend. I can think of a least three sci-fi plots that this pic conjures up.

Thanks Bill for looking, I thought and wondered if you had much luck there in MO, maybe if I had stayed out until 4am or so I might have seen more. I did get some good star trail and constellation shots though and the moon was quite bright. Bob
