This is from the Fringe one of the many street festivals in Edmonton (probably the largest one). These guys are good , working for tips , it's funny to watch a lot of the crowd run away when the preformance is almost over and the hat comes out

Here he is either blinking or his freaking eyes are closed !

I don't think the cameraless tripod adds much to the scene.

Yeah there are numerous aritifacts I would remove if this were a studio shot (don't usually like to shoot porta potties either

), but with the large crowds , everyone with a camera of some sort jockying for position, this was my best position. Thanks for stopping by

Of course they're running away. They are Edmontonians after all. Not like us civilized Calgarians.

ha shot ! A good friend here is an avid Calgary Fan (Flames, Stamps) , we are always sympathetic and release it's a degenerative disease and we are all hopeful the cure can be found , until then we try and limit his appearances in public

these street festivals are always so much fun and no one ever appreciates the porta potties until they are needed. Then everyone loves them. Fun shot, Bob

It's a good thing that he is not in NYC , as an Aussie sword swallower was arrested for offensive behaviour / weapons, had his swords taken off of him.

Thanks for stopping by gaoandija - quite a common scene here in the summer there are a few festivals and lots of street performers and of course juggling is a popular skiil.

Really ? Thats not right - I could not get close enough for any pictures but there was a few people juggling fire and one guy using chainsaws ....suppose that would have been an issue as well.
