Pano picture print--finally done
Lens: 18-250 pentax Camera: k5 Photo Location: Saugus Ma

Staples finally processed the stitched pictures and I got my pano print 10" x 57".
The key is to have it laminated and that was an extra $8 but that's alright because now I can use it at the buffet table and spill all the red wine I want on it.Now that this project is behind me I can get back to the every day goings on at the Forum.--charliezap

Hi Joe
The Pictures were stitched using "autostitch" a free program that you can download.I used 4 pictures taken at 190mm (Pentax 55-300) and put them on a flash drive and brought them to Staples. They charge $7.99 a sq ft to process($31) and the laminating was an extra $8.The file size was 79 mb at 23000x 4000 and it did come out real sharp when printed.the laminating is a must at least for me because as I stated in an earlier thread if you get the print wet the ink is gone and where the drops were is now a white spot.--charliezap

Look great, and very bright.

What's your opinion of Staples' print quality & color accuracy?

The image quality is great. The color accuracy is pretty good and that can be adjusted by the tech before he hits the "print" button. On a scale of 1-10 a 9 plus is in order for my satisfaction on my 1st pano printing.---charliezap

With all the businesses showing in the photo if I play my cards right I may do all right with the barter system. There is a massage parlor nearby-I wonder?--0charliezap

Nice pano. I've never seen traffic so light on Rt. 1. Must be early on a Sunday morning.
