Before Jon and Kim got home from their Saratoga NY weekend I had a couple of hours to play with my 100mm wr lens. I tried to take shots from the side to minimize the OOF areas and I'm learning to not get too close to the subject which also takes away from the DOF.Here's the fruits of my latest learning endeavor.Tips appreciated.---charliezap

Thanks Dave---I hope that you're keeping tabs on Hurricane Irene.It could be one of the worst in recent memory.I love the excitement of weather but I have to be careful of what I wish for.---charliezap
