There are no BOKEH images. There are images with some areas being out of focus (OOF).
The quality (or type) of OOF rendering is called "bokeh" and it depends on several factors: lens type, used aperture, distance to subject (or area in focus) as well as color, contrast and lighting of areas that are not rendered sharp.
For example, if you set your camera on tripod and use two 50mm lenses set at the same aperture and focused at the same subject you will get two identical photographs. However, several things may look differently and one of them could be appearance (or rendering) of OOF areas, with the first lens rendering them in a more pleasing way than the second. In that case we would say that the first lens has better "bokeh". That's all and to some extent subjective interpretation.
