Hi! (it goes without saying that there is a fair bit of subjectivity to this but here goes...)

1. too much black on the bottom
2. very minimalist picture, some may like others would find boring
3. tree is not sharp, this is where I would say the focus should be
4. lovely tones in the sky but is it enough to make a memorable shot?

(mind you I am very much learning myself and often the comments are a matter of taste and preference)

Personaly, I like the layers of the colors, nice job!

The upper third of the shot is great I would agree with tree in focus (stop down to f22 or so) , it's a nice overall shot.
