I agree with daacon. As the 1st shot loaded in, when I saw the red barn I involuntarily said "ahhhh.....". I really like it.

They are both beautiful but I love the first shot. The barn just jumps out at me and the crops are so green. Simply a beautiful shot. With the second shot you chose a perfect SS and I like the touch of the B&W. I can almost feel the texture of the rocks.

Love the barn photo, beautiful mountains in the background. My motorhome would fit in perfect there...until winter arrives. Very nice ones Jim, looks like a painting. Bob

Thanks Dave. This is a interesting place. It has 20 acres of Pumpkins too that they sell to the public. This place is a zoo in mid to later Oct. JIM

Buddy, I love that first one - the color of the barn and surroundings is perfect. I dimly remember that you posted another pic of this barn earlier - am I dreaming?? Anyway, great stuff as always, my friend. You got de touch.

I have shot this area before. Maybe 2-3 months ago. Cheers Jer and thank you. JIM

You know, JIM, I was so taken with the rich color and great composition of the first shot, that I didn't give your second photo enough attention. That is one fine B&W conversion - perfect tonal range on a terrific composition.
