The leaves are changing or fallen off

The once populated benches sit unoccupied and lonely .....

The once vibrant green grass has slowed its growth and changed colors awaiting the inevitable snow that will soon cover it...

We are on the countdown now Bud - Karen and I are heading out this afternoon for a weekend getaway then I will dop her off at the airport on Sunday and hook up with you guys and begin the 'week getaway'. Can't control the weather or seasons but I think we planned this as close to the best time as possible. So looking forward to it.

awe, such a sad commentary --- but the best poetry often comes from a sad place. I am with Bob, make it green again

Great post processing. So evocative.
