Looks good. Lot better than anything I got from my 55-300. A whole second? I guess it is about right for f8.

The exif says 0.8 seconds but 1sec was the closest choice in the drop down. There is some PP to denoise, bump up the brightness of the clouds, and sharpen the moon some.
