Geese in Formation
Lens: Sigma 10-20mm Camera: K5 Photo Location: Wakefield U.K. ISO: 800 Shutter Speed: 1/500s Aperture: F8

As an evening storm was clearing this flock of geese flew over our home, I was waiting for a rainbow but it never appeared.

This is a magnificent photo, love the light, and the geese in the foreground!!
The orange in the clouds: reflection of street lamps or something like that?

Would have been a keeper even without the geese, but it seems they arranged themselves with your photo in mind. Good things come to those who wait.

This really is outstanding... so moody and I love the fact the geese are flying at you ... yes, better than a rainbow any day. Loved seeing this!

Thank you for the positive comments folks, sometimes luck is just on your side. The orange in the clouds is the sun setting, we had just had a big storm and the sun briefly peaked through the clouds before it set.
