An excellent set, with #1 far and away my favorite. It draws you into the dog's world.

Remco, great series. You can see the intensiveness of man and dog. The last photo the dog is off to retrieve, ever ready for sure. thanks for sharing the hunt, brings back many memories. Bob

Thanks! I'm pretty chuffed with the way the first one came out. I only wished I had a little more room in the spot we where hiding for the birds because the second one is a bit tight...

Bob, thank you! That's exactly the reason I posted the second en third shot with all there defects. I should have chosen a even higher ISO in the third one to get a better shutterspeed for a early morning action 'shot'...

Wow, there's real drama in all three shots (which are also technically perfect); I truly wish I could shoot like this - with a camera, I mean.

Thanks Dorian! The dog was ready for action as soon as the rifle pointed upwards!

Jer thanks! I still see some technical issues but if they don't mess up the storytelling power of the photo's I'm satisfied. A lot is also done in pp to make a shot work and that is for sure a lot less bloody than the post production involved with shooting geese...

A very nice set but I think No1 is absolutely superb. A dogs eye view so to speak.
