Feel Better Now
Lens: DA 55-300 Camera: Kx Photo Location: Montana

I've been watching the posts by Bob Harris and Jimbo for some time now. I'm really envious of their photos and have started to doubt my feelings about the scenery in Montana. Today I take a little drive looking for a place to cut firewood and to check and see if the fish were biting. The whole afternoon I'm less than 20 miles from home and the only traffic was three guys on four wheelers. This is what I see. And I feel better now. And no reservations are required. Jim

Jim, it is me that is envious. I wish I could get my rig into that spot and no reservations required. We spent a lot of the summer in the desert this year and my wife said, "why aren't we in Montana". She loves your mountain ranges and when topped with snow is one of the most beautiful things man can see. i personally think that Montana's strong point is her people who are honest, hardworking and humble. See you in 2012, Bob

Jim there are spots everywhere , Montana has some of the best ones. I have lived near the Canadian Rockeis for over 30 years and it was just last week I got off the usual toruist beaten path and spend a week there. Nice shots keep'em coming.

You think that living in Montana makes it hard to find something to shoot, try living in Ridgecrest. Great shot!!!!!!!!!1 Cliff
