Kookaburra
Lens: Sigma 18-50mm F2.8 Camera: Pentax KR Photo Location: Australia

This kookaburra is always found roaming around the yard near my hostel. One fine evening, it was sitting right outside my porch and i couldnt resist taking a snap at him! Critics and comment appreciated!!! Thanks for looking!

Cool Looking bird, City. Like #2 most, it leaned forward a bit and gave you the best light to work with.
Wonder how many folks have ever put the face with the voice heard in so many movies.

NO critique here sharp and clear.Next time some crackers and who knows he might invite all he's mates around TFS

Haha! Yeah! I thought he was one brave little fella! I was so sure he would fly away before i could take a snap at him but i suppose he was curious about me as i was of him hehehehe! >.<

He was probably looking for steaks or snags he could pinch.
While the kookaburra can be quite the charmer, there are ulterior motives. I've seen the little mischiefs nick both steaks and sausage right off a bbq.
