This is my baby Molly. She is a four month old Green Cheek Conure. I cannot tell you how much of a blessing she has been in my life in such a short time. She has a wonderful personality. Enjoy!

Thanks Dave. So far the only thing it sounds like she mimics is the sound of a frog that hangs outside the front walk way. She is still young so she has not learned to say any words yet. The Green Cheeks are about the intelligence of a two year old but it's said they can learn up to 50 words in their 25-30 year life span.

Nice shots. Conures are great birds - a friend had a half-moon conure named Moe, who was the craziest bird I ever saw. Not much of a talker, but he used to mimic a baby's laugh and a cat's meow, among others. I can't describe how funny it was when he'd fly around the house doing the baby laugh Hope you enjoy your Molly for many years.

Thanks Paul! If the next 20 years are anything like the last several weeks I am sure to enjoy Molly's company. She can be crazy fun and at times and reminds me of a little dragon when she wants to play and begins flapping her wings without taking off. She is a great companion!
