Weather was all fogged in when we got to the Columbia Icefields Henrich. Lover this area. Nicely done. JIM

Thank you Bob, we were surprised to find out that the lower parking lot was designated RV Camping, dry of course for $17.50 but no one collected.

Thanks Jim, we had it on previous trips fogged in and on one occasion it snowed so heavy that we had to park for a few hours.

Was the first image taken in front of the Swiss Chalet facing Athabasca Glacier?
If so the glacier has receded quite a bit since my visit.
I have been enjoying your series a lot and please, post some more.

Harish, thank you for the kind words and yes that is the Athabasca Glacier and yes it is receding quicker than ever.

That building housing the hotel, visitor centre, tour bus terminal etc. is now called Icefield Centre.
