I am sure what you are saying is right but this would not account for the even yellowish film like overlay on the entire picture. Even her green eyes are yellow. If you interested I could post you a corrected sample. (Unless you did this entirely on purpose)

Greetings

I suppose my question should have been phrased as: Why RETAIN the colour cast?

Have to agree... the color cast is really detracting from what could be a very nice shot. No excuse not to correct it with the technology at hand today... unless you retained it for a reason which I cannot fathom.

Reminds me of all the old informal portraits I did back in the film days. The lights were yellow, but that was kind of cool. The yellow light adds a sort of softness and intimacy, and I really like what it does to the colour of her hair. In a way it's almost like suggesting you colour balance a sunset. The colour of the light is part of the mood. Maybe it would look better colour balanced, maybe it looks better the way it is. I'm guessing I'd like it better this way.

Great Ink. Captivating eyes. Beautiful Red Hair. And, I can only imagine, a killer bod under all of it. Sometimes, things just don't need fixin....... Well done.

Sorry, I just can't stand a beautiful redhead with green skin. I don't normally do this, but this took less than a minute in photoshop using only basic coarse adjustments...

I think I'm in the wrong business. I should have been a professional photographer if it means I get to take photos of topless women. And the correction makes the tattoo look that much more colorful. very good work.
