...for this little gift that I got my son? It's a girl - a bichon/schnauzer mix. So far my son is thinking of "Pebbles" but isn't quite settled on that name yet.

The name Muppet comes to mind... dogs don't comprehend much beyond 2 syllables.

I kind of like pebbles. Although, I ususally hang out with a new pet for a while before choosing a name. Get to know their personality.

Well, it looks like my son finally decided to stick with his first choice of Pebbles. He mentioned that she looks like one when she lies down in a bundle.

We discovered that she is a bit mischevous when no one is around...we have two dogs now: Yuki and Pebbles. Pebbles is stealing from the Yuki's dog's dish and she even steals Yuki's toys while Yuki watches. At least Yuki is getting used to the split attention.

Here's a shot of the two dogs together.
