hike the hydro corridor to pearly's chute

I have been creating an album of my favourite fall photos. Here is a series from a hike we did late September 2011. (The lens quality really varies. Wondering if anyone can tell which one of the following was taken with the DA*60 - 250.)

All beautiful photos, the 220KV lines actually add to the shots, brilliant colors and I like the "cool cat in the hat" shot and that would be my choice for the 60-250. What a beautiful day/sky you had for your hike, and no dogs either? TFS.

All nice shots Tess - at least the ones I can see (a couple appear to be missing - at least on my computer) - but I REALLY like #4. Great colors & perspective. That one should go on the wall!

Too bad that "tourist" jumped in front of the camera on the 8th one - but you know how those "photographer people" can be! ;-)

Thanks so much for the nice comments Bob. You are right about the lens. I just love the DA * 60 - 250... even though it is heavy I am going to have to wrestle it out of Norman's kit and take it and a tripod for a walk. Oh, the dogs were with us, for some reason I did not include any pics with them frolicking.

UpNorth... I was unhappy with the two missing images and reworked them, then forgot to substitute the new link. I added them in now. I am glad you told me which one you like best as I might enter one of these in a little fall photo contest with one of the canoeing forums. btw, that tourist sees a photo opt and RUNS to the spot which is always front and centre of my own photo opt...

thanks again for looking and for the great comments!

Tess, you picked a good day to go for a hike and have gorgeous pictures to prove it. Tim is right, # 4 deserves wall space.
