I've been experimenting with Nik Silver Effex and not completely comfortable yet. No complaints of the program though - it's actually a lot of fun to work with. It'll just take some getting used to. I'm curious what you all think of these and if you have any suggestions. Thanks for looking -

Ah well, here goes..... ( and I'm no expert, but I do have an opinion )

I don't know "Nik Silver Effex" but the conversions look pretty good to me ( technically) but I'm just not sure that the B&W adds anything to the first shot, to my eyes its not a very interesting picture (I'm sure it means more to you) I can't help feeling it would be better in color!.... now the second shot that somehow works for me (don't ask me why) Its a great shot and I think the B&W enhances it.
