I've just started the mamoth task of scanning all my photos, these are scanned from the print, Heaven only knows where the negatives are, I may have left it to late as some have started to fade. These are over 20 years old, the one with cat is over 30+

I do not envy you having to do scanning. I did over 1,500 images...

That cat does not look happy.

yes, not just all the scanning but a lot of them are in a bad way, the air brushing to remove blemishes on the print & the painstaking adjustments to restore the color and contrast having to decide on the best compromises to avoid excess noise.
...phew, I'm going to do all my favorites first ... I don't know if I've got that many hours left in me!
