A building nearby that will be demolished tomorrow and I think the B&W adds to the grittiness of it. Thoughts? Criticism?

Captures a thought nicely... A Bar with Good Food and a Bowling Alley will only be a memory soon.
Maybe a more antiqued/aged finish would have conveyed the feeling better?
Nice shot though.
