Posted By: Bob Harris, 11-15-2011, 09:42 AM

Finally got a little bit of rain to cleanse the plant life and I took this macro photo of berries on a bush showing reflections.

Hi Bob--With the holidays on the horizon and at GE I'm waiting for the word to see if I made the cut for the Bonus retirement I've been fairly busy. Many times I feel like I'm a slave at the forum and I have to get away for a while to recharge the batteries so to speak.I do go in cycles and I should be resurfacing in the very near future. Thanks for asking Bob---charliezap

Wow, wonderful clarity and sharpness. Nice job, Bob!
Thank you Lori, I have had problems with macros and felt that I finally got a good one when I took the photo and the natural light helped too of course.

Um-mm, makes me want to pick one.
I bet the birds will be attracted by the colors..may be the Ceder Waxwings by X-Mas.
I wish I could be there for that foraging.
Good one Bob.

Harish
Funny thing Harish, I figured there would be a lot of birds around the bushes, but the only thing I have seen is a Raven flying by. Like you said, maybe later. Bob

thank you Tess, I keep playing with the macro and different modes/settings and it appears the aperture mode is the easiest to use in my case. yes, I was happy with the outcome this time.

Charlie, once you retire, you won't have enough time to do what you want, odd sounding I know, but that is what I found. Relax and see you later. Bob
