Impressive shots, excellent detail! I have a set of four 645 lenses that I use on my K5 and they are fun to use, and deliver some nice results.......everything you shoot is in the "sweet spot" of the lens. The 120 is my favorite, but I love the rendering of the 75mm. The 45-85 is superb, but it is a heavy lens and a little bulky.

The only difficulty is when you have to stop down and lose the light, this is particularly difficult on Macro shots in low light. For this I have made a bracket to hold a very bright LED light by the tripod mount which works nicely. If I can get an assistant to direct the light, it is even better.

Post more! I enjoy 645 shots from a K5 or other digital camera.

Here is one I shot of Otis a couple of years ago in his younger days before he became famous....This was with 645 A 200 on the K20D.

1/50 ISO 400 F5.6....I think?

One from the 645 A120 Macro...

Best Regards ...I look forward to seeing more from you!

Thanks much Rupert, your photos are really great,
I'm looking forward to get some real macros with my 120/4 next spring/summer.
Also I plan to get an 645 FA* 200/4 macro which looks to be an outstanding piece of glass.

Yes, I agree with you focusing with stopped down aperture isn't easy, but I'm quite used to it having used a few M42 macro lenses.

Thanks again!
