Lens: K17 fisheye Camera: Pz-1 Photo Location: Hawaii

A fisheye shot from the top of a mountain range in Hawaii, looking down at the town of Waimanalo. My first session with a film camera, so I didn't realize how much the UV filter would be necessary to cut out that haze. Fortunately, I think the hazy horizon works somewhat well with this picture.

I like it! I agree that the haze added a lot to the picture.

Nice colors and view. That beach (Bellows) is where many of us hung out on the weekends during our Ft Shafter days...

The fisheye affect on the horizon is interesting. Nice shot. JimH

Nice shot, I like hte hazy look too (and the horizon)... Going to be visiting hte next island over in April (the wife's got a conference on Kauai). Most of my pics, hopefully, will be from underwater (I plan to get in as much warm-water diving as possible!).
