Our same old backyard - but photoed diferently
Lens: DA* 60-250 @ 250mm Camera: K20D Photo Location: Whitney On, Canada ISO: 400

Tess dragged me out on a walk. She has to because it's so cold. I took a few pictures.... she left and went off somewhere with the dogs hoping the local beaver would appear for me. He didn't, I amused myself anyway.

If that was my backyard AND it wasn't cold, I would stay there for awhile. Is that a river that is starting to freeze over?

Thanks for the comments Cee Cee.

The ice is on one of the ponds, not the froggy pond, the other one (lol) and the Madawaska River never freezes. We've had ice on the ponds for a few days now.

Thanks dave and loco, I guess because of where we live, learning to photograph ice is one of those "must do" kinds of things.
