Description: The sun came up like this and appeared to hang over the reef for about 2 minutes then glare burnt away any possibility of further shots.

Sunrise in Belize, so looking east over the Carribbean. Deep water offshore (it's near a subduction trench) and open sea with no barrier islands. There would be some decent wave action and surf breaking over the reefs just offshore, almost lost in hte glare.

Great picture, and it makes me REALLY want to go down and do some warm-water diving!
