All of these are with my Vivitar Series 1 90mm f2.5. I bought this beautiful old lens a week or so ago and I still have not had a chance to play with it much.

I see in your list, you have the Series 1 ver 3 70-210.... Do you use it much? And how do the pics compare to your DA 50-200?. I have a good copy of the 50-200 and just wonder what the Series 1 would give me over the DA.....

Well I got this older version of the 90mm because I had wanted the 105 series 1 for a long time.

Of course as it always seems to happen, the day the 90mm came in mail. A Vivitar Series 1 105mm alert came on my ebay list. And a 'buy it now' price of $189 was on it. I struggled about buying it for about 45 minutes and then it was gone.... I just could not pull the trigger when I had just got this one. (probably should have just to have one)

I like it alot but I mainly use it indoors for macro shots as it is such a beast of a lens to carry around compared to the DA. The DA is in my travel bag, but the VIVs never leave the house unless I am going out to shoot macro. But now that I have the Tamron 70-300mm that can do macro as well from 180-300mm I am going to leave the DA at home this holiday season.
