Nice snaps - what was the settings on the last snap? First 2 were shot flash'less, last one was shot with a flash - was it camera flash or hot-shoe flash?

I used a Sigma EM-140DG Ring flash ISO200, f25 1/180

The first image is really nice. I know all too well how difficult it is to photograph such tiny moths.
