Nature Through the Trees

Beautiful Day of hiking. Not a cloud in the sky, so contrast was a challenge this day, especially on the ridge. Still, sometimes the contrast is what makes the shot. I think a polarizer filter would have helped me tame the sky a little; I've since added on to my hiking pack.

We're pretty spoiled here in NC, but I was in AZ, UT, NM, and CO over the summer on a long motorcycle ride and can't wait to get back out there. You've got some jaw dropping sights out there!
