With winter fast approaching, I finally found some time to go back and process my shots from an annual baseball trip some friends and I take every summer. This year we went to Chicago to see my beloved Cubs.
So here's a few shots from August for you to check out. Think WARM!

#1) A shot from our seats. Easily the best seats I've ever had in my 25 or so trips to Wrigley. (The Sigma 10mm - 20mm makes things look further away that they are.....)




#2) Your starting pitcher - Carlos Zambrano.....




#3) Not only does Zambrano pitch, here he's connecting for his 2nd homer of the season, and the Cub's first run of the game.....




#4) There's no better place to watch a ballgame than Wrigley (Carlos Pena vs Johnny Cueto).....




#5) Holy Cow!




#6) Rising star Starlin Castro and Big Z wait for their next at bat.....




#7) Soriano scores another, as the Cubs start to open things up in their eventual 11 - 4 rout of the Reds.....

In all your travels, if you're ever going through Chicago during baseball season - and if you've never been to Wrigley - it's a MUST SEE. I've been with folks that aren't even really baseball fans before, and even they knew it was something special.
(And that has nothing to do with the fact that I've been a Cubs fan since '67!)
