A Brush With Nature

Went for my first walkabout yesterday and here's the ones I thought were worth sharing! I'd be happy to hear any comments or critiques y'all might have!

18-55mm, 1/100s, F8, 200 ISO

18-55mm, 1/60s, F8, 400 ISO

18-55mm, 1/125s, F8, 400 ISO

i didn't know you could get that close with that lens. hmmm. very nice.

They were taken at a 55mm focal length. I wasn't able to focus it very well much closer than that. The 1st picture especially, as I had to climb onto a little ledge in order to reach up and in to the pot it was planted in! Definitely an awkward angle.
