A short stroll through the ship....

......before we stop in Mexico.

Elevator Lobby on deck 18. The carpet pattern really makes for a weird illusion.

Chapel lobby

Chapel

Three formal dining rooms deck 3,4 and 5. That chandelier is REALLY large.

The rising tide bar, travels up and down between the Royal Promenade and Central Park

Great images Heinrich.

Looks like a floating mall.

Keep posting. I'm enjoying your vacation almost as much as you are.

Ya' know Heinrich - I still have a hard time believing that's a boat.
Like Tom said - It almost looks like you went to the mall.
You know - The mall with the white linen tablecloths, and the chandelier that's as big as my living room!

Does it even FEEL like you're on the water when the boat's that big? I can't believe there'd be much movement, unless you had 8 foot waves outside!

Heinrich, thanks for the tour, the ship reminds me of the upscale hotels in Las Vegas.

Hi Tim and thank you, when we were inside the ship we never had the feeling of being on the water. 8 foot waves you would barely notice.

Take care,

Thank you Bob, I've never been to Las Vegas so I can't compare but it was very nice.

Take care,

Wow Heinrich, that is some fancy ship. The cruise ship I took Mrs Rupert on some years back was nothing like that! When they started pulling in the nets and unloading the catch, I knew I should have gone for the upgrade.
Regards!

Interesting viewing Heinrich, these ships really are floating cities nowadays aren't they. Thanks for posting the series.

Holy Smokes! I cannot wrap my head around these photos being images from a ship. Really beautiful photos of a place I will never experience. wow wow ... I would love to see "above board" shots too... I will have to look to see if you have posted some already.

I simply can't believe this thing! Were I aboard, I'd be spending a lot of evenings at "Jazz on 4"

Thank you Kevin, with around 8000 people on board one could say that.

Take care,

Thank you Tess, If I wouldn't have seen it I wouldn't have believed it either. Never say never, we hadn't planned it neither, our son and daughter in law took us as a 55th anniversary present. I posted some before and will post another 2 after this one.

Take care,

Thanks again Jer, the thing is that there is no way that on a 7 day cruise you can do every thing that's available on board, you pick what you are interested in and let the rest go. (I did a lot of walking around)

Take care,
